Joanna Brightwell started with a used walk-behind and a flip phone. Twelve years later the flip phone is a dispatch board, the mower is a fleet of four trucks, and the rule hasn’t changed: say the number first.
Everyone on the crew is licensed where the work needs it, background-checked and insured. If something we planted or built fails within the season, we come back and fix it at no cost, it says so on the invoice.
