The short version: the price you approved is the price on the invoice. The rest is detail.
THE QUOTE IS THE PRICE
The fixed price we send you in writing is the price on the invoice. If we find something under the turf or behind the hedge that we could not see, we stop and you approve the change in writing before we carry on.
TRAVEL AND STORM CALLS
There is no travel fee inside Hamilton County. Between 8 PM and 7 AM, and on Sundays, the fixed price is +50%. You are told that on the phone, before anyone drives.
PAYMENT
Card or bank transfer. Weekly lawn care is billed at the end of each month, one-off jobs on completion, businesses within 14 days. Plants and materials are itemized on the quote and approved by you first.
GUARANTEE
One full season on plants and workmanship from the date on the invoice. If a shrub we planted fails or a paver we set moves, call us and we come back at no cost.
CANCELLATION
Cancel free until the evening before. If the crew is already at your curb, the first hour is charged. Rain days are moved, never charged.
