Your name, phone number, address and whatever you told us about the yard. That is what a crew needs to arrive at the right gate with the right machine.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to send a fixed price, to invoice, and to honor the season guarantee. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The office, the crew lead on your yard, and our accountant. We do not sell your number and we do not pass it to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quotes for one year. Invoices for seven years, because the IRS says so. After that they are deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to quotes@sumaclawn.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
