What a fixed price actually includes (and what it never does)
Travel, labor, haul-away and cleanup are in it. Plants, stone and permits are not, and we itemize them before you agree.

A fixed price is only useful if both sides know what is inside it. Here is the line we draw, and we draw it the same way on every quote.
What is always in
Travel anywhere in Hamilton County, the labor for the job however long it takes us, the fuel and the machine, hauling the green waste away, and sweeping the drive and walks before we leave.
What is never in
Plants, stone, mulch, sod and seed. Those are materials, they are itemized on the quote at what they cost us plus a stated margin, and you approve the line before we order.
What we stop for
Anything we could not see. A buried slab under the lawn, a gas line where the plan said there was none, a stump where we expected soil. We stop, we show you, and you approve the change in writing before we carry on.
Why we do not quote by phone
Because a number given blind is a number that changes later. Send a photo and you get a written price in two hours, and that one holds for thirty days.
Need a hand with this one? A person answers, 24/7.
